However, City’s looming showdown with Tottenham Hotspur carries immense weight, potentially tipping the scales in the title race.
A victory for City at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium would propel them two points clear, positioning them favorably for their final fixture against West Ham.
Conversely, a draw would leave both teams level on points, with Arsenal maintaining a slightly superior goal difference.
While a faction of Spurs supporters may harbor reservations about aiding Arsenal’s title ambitions, manager Ange Postecoglou has dismissed such sentiments, suggesting they should seek counseling.

Interestingly, one of Spurs’ own, Dejan Kulusevski, finds himself uniquely motivated.

“There’s one team I’ve always wanted to play for, and I think I will play there one day, but I don’t want to say what team it is because it’s sensitive stuff.”
Despite Spurs’ slim chances of securing a top-four finish, Kulusevski appears undeterred, relishing the challenge ahead.
“It’s a team [Man City] we love playing against,” he stated.
“We love playing against the strongest teams, so it’s going to be a nice evening.
“The fact they leave spaces behind the backline is one thing, but there are many different things when you play against the best.”
