Arsenal and Chelsea are vying to sign VfB Stuttgart’s Serhou Guirassy, according to a report by Bild.

The Premier League giants are among the top contenders interested in the 28-year-old striker, who netted 30 goals and provided two assists in 30 matches during the recently concluded season.

Guirassy is reportedly available for a transfer fee of €18-20 million, making him an appealing option for several clubs. Alongside Arsenal and Chelsea, AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund are also keen on acquiring the Guinea international.

Despite Bayern Munich’s interest, their priority remains Harry Kane, thus diminishing their pursuit of Guirassy.

Dortmund sees Guirassy as a potential key player and is competing with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Milan for his signature. Although Guirassy and his family are content in Stuttgart, the striker is unlikely to stay.

His current annual salary is €3 million, which would increase if he joins either of the London clubs.

Guirassy aims to resolve his future before the end of June, as the competition for his transfer intensifies. Arsenal, Chelsea, and the other interested clubs are eager to secure a ‘bargain’ deal, but it remains to be seen which team will succeed in landing the prolific forward.

As the transfer battle unfolds, Guirassy’s next move will be closely watched by fans and analysts alike, with significant implications for the upcoming season in both the Premier League and European football.
