Despite the Philadelphia Eagles’ strong 11-2 record heading into Week 15, former NFL quarterback Chris Simms has raised concerns about potential unrest within the team.

Speaking on the Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz, Simms noted that the root of these issues may involve quarterback Jalen Hurts.

“There’s issues in that locker room and a lot of them stem around Jalen Hurts. I know that from too many people in credible positions,” Simms revealed.

He cited specific incidents, including claims that Hurts occasionally travels on a private plane with the team’s owner while the rest of the team uses the regular charter.

Simms further criticized the Eagles’ offense, calling their approach lackluster despite their success. He pointed out underwhelming performances against weaker teams, including the Browns, Giants, Bengals, and Panthers, arguing that such inconsistency could hamper their championship aspirations.

Although star receiver A.J. Brown and Hurts have publicly denied any rift, Simms believes there’s underlying tension.

He emphasized that, while the Eagles have top-tier talent on both offense and defense, chemistry issues could ultimately derail their Super Bowl hopes.
