Report suggests Eddie Nketiah might depart Arsenal this summer along with five other players, including Emile Smith Rowe, as Mikel Arteta seeks to strengthen the squad with new signings.
Both Nketiah and Smith Rowe, academy products, have struggled for regular playing time, prompting speculation about their futures. While Smith Rowe still has two years left on his contract, Nketiah, with three years remaining, could attract a substantial transfer fee.
Aaron Ramsdale, Kieran Tierney, Nuno Tavares, and Albert Sambi Lokonga are also expected to be on the exit list. Despite uncertainties about potential silverware this season, Arsenal fans can anticipate a hectic summer transfer window.
David Ornstein predicts significant activity at the Emirates, with the club aiming to rejuvenate the squad with fresh talent after a quiet January window.
The combined market value of the departing players is estimated at about £115m, providing Arteta with resources to rebuild the team.
Eddie Nketiah already has suitors as premier league clubs including Crystal Palace and Brentford are interested in signing the forward while Aston villa, Westham , Juventus and AS Roma showed interest in Smith Rowe.

Arsenal FFP concerns as club record loses in the 2022/2023 season.
Arsenal released their yearly financial report for the 2022-23 fiscal period, revealing a £52.1 million deficit, an increase from £45.5 million in the preceding year. This notable loss may have raised concerns among fans, especially amidst heightened awareness of Financial Fair Play [FFP], particularly after Everton’s points deduction and Nottingham Forest facing potential penalties for financial violations during the season.
However, financial fair play(FFP) expert says there’s no cause for alarm. When asked if The Gunners are at the risk of sanctions he replied :
“No. Clubs are required to make overall losses no greater than £105m over a three-season period and although Arsenal have posted combined losses of £204.9m since 2020-21, they are well within the limits as far as the last three years are concerned, according to Maguire.”
