Chelsea 20 years old star Levi Cowill is a player of interest to French side Paris Saint-German after a failed attempt by Liverpool last summer as the club made it clear without mincing words, that the English man is not for sale.
The offers are tempting considering the instant profit accrued in selling home grown players which could help fund a move for a striker and ease stress on premier league profit and sustainability rules.
However, Chelsea are not willing to entertain any offers for the highly rated versatile defender as reported by transfer expert Ben Jacobs stating that the club will “auto dismiss” any offer for the England international.
