Orr stated:”We don’t know anything about any of his personal beliefs. We don’t know any of his thoughts on any of the hot button issues…like let’s say the Democrats, at the last second, replaced Joe Biden a week before the election with Dan Campbell. He wins in a landslide, right? Like, it’s not even close…or if the Republicans had to do the same thing. If they had to replace Trump with Dan Campbell at the last minute…he’s probably one of the most likable people there is.”
Though Orr’s comments were clearly made in jest, they underscore the widespread admiration for Campbell’s leadership. His approach has resonated not only with his players and the Detroit fan base but also with NFL followers nationwide.
