Leeds United is poised to finalize the loan signing of 25-year-old Manor Solomon from Tottenham Hotspur, with the announcement expected on Tuesday.

The club is working to strengthen its squad as the summer transfer window nears its conclusion, needing three new players before Friday’s deadline.

Solomon’s arrival is set to bolster Leeds’ attacking options, following recent injuries to key players Georginio Rutter and Crysencio Summerville.

Reports over the weekend indicated advanced negotiations between Leeds and Tottenham, and now, respected journalist David Ornstein has confirmed that the deal will go through on Tuesday.

Solomon, who had a standout spell at Shakhtar Donetsk before joining Tottenham, will join Leeds on a season-long loan without an option to buy.

This move is crucial for Leeds, but it also raises concerns about the balance in their attacking lineup. With Solomon likely to play on the left wing, alongside Willy Gnonto and Largie Ramazani, there could be some positional overlaps.

Nevertheless, Solomon’s quality, if he stays fit, could be a significant boost to the squad as they prepare for a challenging season ahead.
