Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby has fueled trade speculation following his recent candid comments during an appearance on “The Rush” podcast.

A consistent standout since being drafted in the fourth round in 2019, Crosby has been a beacon of hope for a franchise that has struggled to find consistent success. Despite his stellar performances, the Raiders have made the playoffs only once in Crosby’s tenure, and their current 3-12 record underscores another disappointing season.

Crosby shared his frustrations about the instability within the organization.

“Years of inconsistency. There are new coaches every other year. A lot of new teammates. There have been times when I thought this D-line is good, and then when I come back, every single one of them is gone,” he stated. “It’s like, what the f***. You know what I mean? It’s just a lot of things. It’s tough, bro.”

He also addressed his contract situation, highlighting that he has no guaranteed money remaining.

“There’s going to be a lot of different things that need to be talked about [in the offseason],” he added. “I am looking forward to those conversations… There’s so many things that have got to be talked about, so I am looking forward to it.”

While praising the Raiders’ loyal fanbase, Crosby’s remarks have led many to believe he may be open to a trade in 2025. With two seasons remaining on his four-year, $94 million contract, his future could be a critical topic during the team’s offseason discussions.
