Nottingham Forest will no longer pursue Toulouse defender Logan Costa this summer.
Initially linked with the 23-year-old, alongside Fiorentina, Forest have now shifted their focus. Toulouse are open to selling Costa for around €20m, but both clubs have decided against the move.
According to French outlet LesViolets, Nottingham Forest have opted to sign Nikola Milenkovic from Fiorentina to address their centre-back requirements. Consequently, Fiorentina are also unlikely to pursue Costa.
Last season, Costa made 31 Ligue 1 appearances for Toulouse, receiving six bookings, and played in the Europa League, including a full 90 minutes in a 3-2 victory over Liverpool. Costa remains available, awaiting interest from other clubs.
