Nottingham Forest is making significant strides to secure the transfer of a promising talent currently shining at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The club, known for its proactive approach in the transfer market, is focusing on acquiring younger players with athletic potential and substantial resale value. Among the targets is Bradley Locko, a 22-year-old left-back from Brest, France, who has impressed both in Ligue 1 and on the Olympic stage.

Forest is reportedly offering Locko a substantial wage increase, with a proposed weekly salary of around £35,000—more than four times what he currently earns at Brest. Last season, Locko played a crucial role in helping Brest achieve an unexpected third-place finish in Ligue 1, earning them a spot in the Champions League.

Despite being relatively unknown in England, Locko fits perfectly into Forest’s new recruitment strategy, which emphasizes acquiring young, energetic players with future transfer potential.

With Locko still competing in the Olympics, Forest is eager to finalize the deal soon.
