Nottingham Forest is gearing up for a crucial Premier League clash against Crystal Palace on Monday night.

However, fans are concerned following the appearance of a key player in crutches, raising doubts about his availability for the upcoming match.

Manager Nuno Espirito Santo has been contending with a series of injuries throughout the season, including setbacks to Ibrahim Sangaré and Danilo, both of whom are expected to return around the New Year. Despite these challenges, Forest has managed an impressive run and currently sits tenth in the league table.

The latest injury scare involves Morgan Gibbs-White, a central figure in Santo’s squad. A video posted on TikTok by his girlfriend, Britney De Villiers, showed Gibbs-White using crutches and wearing a protective boot while the couple shopped in London.

This sighting has cast doubt on his availability, with reports suggesting only a 50% chance of him featuring against Crystal Palace.

Gibbs-White’s absence was felt in Forest’s only league loss this season, which came against Fulham. As uncertainty looms over his fitness, fans eagerly await further updates on whether he will recover in time for Monday’s game.
