The Las Vegas Raiders are facing tough times this season, struggling to find momentum, especially in their offense.

A key focus of fans’ criticism is offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, whose role many speculate is at risk after the team’s continued struggles. With eight games behind them, the offense sits low, ranked 23rd, and has been hampered by turnovers, particularly from quarterback Gardner Minshew, who has thrown five interceptions and been sacked nine times in just the last three games.

The run game also remains inconsistent, with neither Zamir White nor Alexander Mattison finding steady footing.

Getsy, however, remains optimistic, emphasizing that the Raiders are improving.

“Any time you’re a new operation,” he explained, “you have a lot of things to work through, and I think I just see us getting better each and every week as we go through these processes.”

This Sunday, the Raiders face the Cincinnati Bengals, a chance to make progress. But without meaningful improvement, it may become hard for Getsy to hold his position or for the team to reverse its trajectory.
