First-round draft pick Brock Bowers also made an impact, demonstrating his versatility by making several catches across the field. Bowers, utilized in various roles, showcased his skills with a notable contested catch during one-on-one drills.

The defense was highlighted by an impressive performance from the defensive line, which consistently pressured the quarterbacks. This pressure led to the first interception of the day, with Maxx Crosby’s speed rush forcing a hurried throw that was intercepted by Jack Jones.

Isaiah Pola-Mao also recorded an interception, continuing the trend of strong play from the Raiders’ safeties.

Second-year cornerback Jakorian Bennett displayed significant growth, aiming to reclaim his starting position. He has consistently made plays on the ball, earning praise from Head Coach Antonio Pierce for his mental preparation and growing confidence.

Competing with Jack Jones, Nate Hobbs, and rookie Dylan Laube, Tucker’s college average of 24.9 yards per kick return positions him as a strong contender. Ameer Abdullah also participated in return drills, bringing his career average of nearly 25 yards per kick return into the mix.

Defensive end Tyree Wilson summed up the team’s focus, stating his commitment to improving and enjoying the game every day. This positive mindset is indicative of the Raiders’ overall approach as they prepare for the upcoming season.
