Dele Alli’s status at Everton remains in flux as the midfielder continues training with the team during pre-season, but his contract situation is still unresolved.

According to Sky Sports journalist Alan Myers, while Alli is actively participating in training sessions with Sean Dyche’s squad, the prospect of a new contract is uncertain.

Everton has reportedly reached an agreement with Tottenham, allowing them to consider offering Alli a new deal. However, despite the first team’s preparations for the upcoming season, updates on Alli’s future have been scarce.

Myers responded to a fan query on social media platform X, confirming that Alli is still training with the team, but expressed uncertainty about whether a contract offer is forthcoming.

Alli, who has struggled to regain his form in recent years, must prove his value to Dyche and the coaching staff if he hopes to secure a future at Goodison Park.

The midfielder’s performance in training could be crucial in determining whether Everton decides to offer him new terms. As the situation remains unclear, fans are eager for a more definitive update from the club.
